There is a connecting door between the two units. I do not have <br /> to build or remodel anything as the house exists as a duplex. <br /> I have the formal approval from the Town Planning Commission with one stipulation. I <br /> am to provide parking for the other unit. I would like to point out that there is already a 2-car <br /> driveway for the rental unit. I will not be adding anymore parking than this. I understand that <br /> Alvarez Avenue is getting congested with parking, and I often tell my neighbors to park in my <br /> extra driveway while the 1-bedroom unit sits vacant. <br /> If anyone has any questions, please contact me.
