• <br /> February 7, 1996 <br /> Dane County Zoning <br /> Dear Sirs: <br /> My husband and I own the duplex at 9720 and 9718 Dunlap Hollow road in <br /> the town of Mazomanie. The duplex is approximately 23 years old. We have <br /> owned it since 1989. We recently were informed by Bob Breunig, who owns <br /> the duplex next to ours, that the zoning for our duplex was wrong. It is <br /> zoned A-1 Exclusive Agriculture. <br /> We are requesting a zoning change from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to R-3A <br /> Zoning District on Lot #2 of Certified Survey Map #1135 in order to bring <br /> our property into zoning compliance for a non-conforming use. <br /> We have met with the Town of Mazomanie Zoning officials and they seemed <br /> willing to make the change to R-3A since the property was grandfathered in <br /> as a duplex.
