This proposed limited family business is a firearms dealer in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> This is an existing residence on an existing parcel in an agricultural preservation district. <br /> The relevant town/county policy is: "Home businesses in the Agricultural Preservation District will be <br /> reviewed on the basis of their present and probably future impact on surrounding lands." <br /> Comments related to the policy: <br /> This is an existing residential parcel(zoned A-2[2]), 1/4 mile outside the limits of Mt. Horeb. There is <br /> a long drive down a hill to the residence. <br /> The application indicates no retail sales.
