Meier, the owner-in-fee, and his wife, Sandra Meier, hereby <br /> request that a one acre parcel of Mr. Meier's land be rezoned from its current <br /> classification as agricultural (A-1) to a residential classification (R-1). The <br /> information required for the filing of this petition is presented below in the order <br /> and with the corresponding numbers on the County's form 545-20 (7/92). <br /> 1. A legal description of the land that is proposed to be rezoned, either <br /> by a metes and bounds description, a certified survey map number or <br /> a lot in a recorded plat. <br /> The land that is proposed for rezoning is a square parcel approximately one <br /> acre in area, exclusive of highway right-of-way.
