School District 1 (Wisconsin Heights School District)
545-010 (2/91) ACC Bldg. - No Pmt.
Dear Mr. Lorenz:
We represent the Wisconsin Heights School District. I write as a
follow-up to my letter of September 11, 1995.
Please consider this letter and its enclosures as an application
for a permit for an accessory building located at the main campus
of the Wisconsin Heights School District (10173 State Hwy. 14,
Mazomanie, WI) . The accessory building had been used for many
years at the site, but was moved to a different location on the
site following recent construction/remodeling work.
The accessory building will be used to provide classroom space
for certain children with exceptional educational needs (EEN) .
The building, at a location on campus but removed from the main
building, is a cost effective means to address the special needs
of these EEN students and voids the need to transport these
students to a different school or district for educational
programming.
Enclosed you will find a schematic of the accessory building as
well as a map showing its proposed location.
This building was on site and in use for nearly 20 years. New
construction required moving it from its old location. The
School District determined a use for this building and requests
approval. A representative of the School District did contact a
representative of the Town as concerns this matter prior to
moving the building. The Town representative did not object to
the placement of the building, but indicated to the School
District that it should contact the railroad which passes near
