I <br /> am applying for a conditional use permit for Lot 2 CSM4074. The parcel number is 0709- <br /> 353-8320-09. <br /> The lot contains an existing motel, lounge (tavern), apartment, and detached accessory <br /> building. I am seeking zoning compliance for the accessory building. The accessory <br /> building consists of the following: <br /> First floor- a two stall garage, a single family residence (efficiency), and a private laundry <br /> room for motel guests <br /> Basement- a storage and workshop area, also the location of a boiler system and two hot <br /> water heaters <br /> I would like the proposed use of the property to remain the same for the motel, lounge, <br /> and apartment. The efficiency was never zoned for single family residence in c-1. Also, <br /> the previous owners never met with the Zoning& Natural Resources Committee to <br /> approve a private laundry room. Those are the two items that I would like to correct. <br /> I would hie to have action taken on March 12, 1996. <br /> Since I am in the motel business, the efficiency would help accommodate the demand of <br /> long term customers. The private laundry room is not only a convenience for my weekly <br /> and monthly customers but also an asset to my business. <br /> Thank you for your time and consideration.
