The committee opposed such action. As a result, they will advise the Town <br /> Board to not allow a conditional use for the efficiency. Because of this, I would like to <br /> withdraw the conditional use permit# 1315 and am requesting the $100.00 refund that I <br /> already have paid. <br /> Thank you for your time and consideration.
