' t ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4907* <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the C-1 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4907/885: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 5, thence S 86° 23' 49" <br /> West, 1325.80 feet to the Southwest corner of said 1/4 1/4, thence North along <br /> the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 580 more or less feet to the North right-of-way <br /> of railroad lands, also being the point of beginning; thence continue North <br /> along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 247.50 feet; thence S 88° East parallel <br /> with the North right-of-way of said railroad lands, 528.0 feet; thence South <br /> 247.50 feet to the North right-of-way of aid railroads lands; thence N 88° <br /> West, along the North right-of-way of said railroad lands, 528.0 feet to the <br /> 1 point of beginnig. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
