Buchicchio. <br /> Meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Roger Hoover was present to discuss with the board his <br /> reauest to rezone his vacant land across from 4122 w y AB .of those present expressed disapproval of thereauest . <br /> Hoovers and R . Stillman were the only ones who recommended <br /> approval . <br /> Beverly Hills indicated the need to look at our philosophy of <br /> our land use elan. We need to either follow it or change it <br /> but not change it piecemeal . <br /> Question arose as to why Rambling Acres residents were not <br /> notified of this zoning reauest. It is not within 1/2 mile <br /> of the proposed change. Clerk will supply a list of who was <br /> notified. <br /> Berg said Gail Phiooen had provided the board a petition with <br /> 70 Si^.natures in opposition. <br /> After considerable discussion a motion to oppose was made by <br /> Sasso. second by Berg. Sasso and Bera voted aye . Braun <br /> opposed. <br /> !Margaret Suter was present to notify the town board she will <br /> be turning her horse barn into an indoor kennel . She has <br /> talked to zoning and there is no action reauired but thev <br /> suaaested she contact the town board <br /> as a courtesy . <br /> Gray Bahl reauest for a variance was approved on motion by <br /> Sasso . second by Bera. <br /> Action on the paving of the parking lot was deferred to the <br /> budaet meeting. <br /> "!o tip?-, <br /> was made by Braun. second by Sasso to approve the Tru- <br /> Green proposal for next year with the amendment that Thurber <br /> Park & Rambling Acres Park only be given one application. <br /> Dane County Ordinance Amendment #19 was approved on motion <br /> by Berg. second by Sasso. <br /> Ameritech was granted approval for an underground extension <br /> on Femrite Drive on motion by Braun. second by Sasso. <br /> On motion by Braun. second by Berg the rules for the rental <br /> • <br />
