This is a proposed expansion of an existing kennel in the Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> There is a residence and automotive shop on the adjacent C-2 parcels. There is a residence on the C-2 <br /> parcel to the east. The county landfill is to the south. There are undeveloped lands on the other three <br /> sides, with no plans for urban development. <br /> The proposal is to add 30 kennels for a total capacity for 150 dogs. the proposed kennels will be in an <br /> existing horse-stable building,which is being converted for kennel use. <br /> The use appears reasonably compatible as long as previous conditions are maintained and the allowable <br /> kennel total is increased to 150 dogs. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br /> ti <br />
