The sewer crosses northwesterly through the property from <br /> Meadowview Road near Zuercher Court and then heads-north through the proposed R-3 <br /> parcel approximately 200 feet east of Larsen Road as shown on the attached sewer map. <br /> Please note the location of manhole 11-204. It is located near the southerly lot line of the <br /> R-3 parcel. <br /> This facility provides sewer service for the area lying west of Lake Waubesa. The <br /> District has an easement for this facility. No buildings or permanent structures are to be <br /> built over the sewer line or within the easement area. We are not opposed to the <br /> construction of parking lots, driveways or temporary storage buildings that could be torn <br /> down in case of an emergency. Access to the manhole for maintenance and inspection is <br /> important and should be kept in mind during grading and restoration of the lot. Any <br /> connections to the sewer line are to be made at manhole 11-204 or a new manhole <br /> constructed over the sewer line at a convenient location.
