DANE COUNTY ORDE TANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6566 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-1A Residential Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6566 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 21; thence North along the <br /> North-South line, 990 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North, 175 feet; <br /> thence East, 283 feet; thence South, 175 feet; thence West , 283 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Said parcel of land is 1.0 acre more or less including right-of-way and is <br /> subject to road right-of-way over the Westerly 33 feet thereof. <br /> CONDm0NAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERI a HED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
