Conrad <br /> County Petition No. 6567 <br /> Dear Mr. Fobes: <br /> I want to express my appreciation for the assistance of the Town Board, the Plan <br /> Commission, and the Town staff in processing the recent application for rezoning of the <br /> above real estate. Everyone with whom I dealt was helpful and courteous in addressing any <br /> questions which I had. <br /> In connection with the review of the Estate's application at the County level, staff comments <br /> from Regional Planning noted that the requested zoning "appears to conflict with adopted <br /> town/county policies in the Town of Blooming Grove." As you may know, the Town Plan <br /> Commission recommended that I seek a change in the Town Plan to address that issue. <br /> Please accept this letter as a formal request for the amendment of the Town Plan consistent <br /> with the proposed zoning of this real estate.
