• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6567 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the A-2(4) Agricultural <br /> and R-1A Residential Districtls the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6567 <br /> TO R-1A: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 11 and part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> of Section 12, Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> Southeast corner of said Section 11; thence North 42.69 feet, along the East line of said <br /> Section 11, to the point of beginning of this description; thence N 71° 46' 28" West <br /> 262.86 feet, to a point that is 40 feet Southeasterly of measured at right angle to the <br /> centerline of Sprecher Road; thence South 30 feet along the East line of said Section 11; <br /> thence N 26° 02' 38"East, 558.37 feet, along said line, to the East line of said Section 11; <br /> thence S 71° 46' 28" East, 233.29 feet; thence S 70° 44' 28" East, 41 feet; thence S 20° <br /> 14' 50" West, 220.57 feet; thence S 29° 40' 20" West, 310 feet; thence N 71° 46' 28" <br /> West, 28.46 feet, to the West line of Section 12, and the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2(4): Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 11 and part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> of Section 12, and part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Blooming Grove <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 13; thence South 208 <br /> feet along the West line of said Section 13, to the most Northerly corner of Lot #14, Plat <br /> of Weather Oak Hills; thence Easterly parallel to the North line of said Section 13, 175 <br /> feet; thence N 32° 45' 55" East, 249.17 feet, to the South line of Section 12; thence N <br /> 32° 45' 55"East, 472.73 feet; thence N 70° 44' 28" West, 272.00 feet; thence N 70° 44' <br /> 28" West, 58.63 feet; thence S 20° 14' 50" West, 220.57 feet; thence S 29° 40' 20" <br /> West, 310 feet; thence N 71° 46' 28" West 28.46 feet to the East line of said Section 11; <br /> thence N 71° 46' 28" West 262.86 feet to a point that is 40 feet Southeasterly of, <br /> measured at right angle to, the centerline of Sprecher Road; thence S 26° 02' 38" West, <br /> 156.24 feet, along said line; thence East 319 feet, along the South line of said Section 11; <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3Xa) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIF DD SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED, <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> LOG: --Attu) <br /> SCREEN <br /> MAPPING:�` <br />
