This proposed residential division appears to conflict with adopted town/county policies <br /> in the Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> This 8.7 acre site is in an agricultural preservation area, where the relevant policy is: <br /> There are a number of small(substandard)parcels already in existence in the designated <br /> Agricultural Preservation Areas. One house per such parcel less than 35 acres will be <br /> allowed if the requirements of the County Sanitary Ordinance are met." <br /> This is a substandard parcel(less than 35 acres at the time of adoption of the A-1 Ag Exclusive) and <br /> one house is permitted.
