• <br /> SOILS CLASSIFICATION <br /> This property has the following soils types and slopes: <br /> The predominant soil types of this site are Dodge silt loam, 2-6%. <br /> and 6-127. slopes, eroded; Griswold loam, 6-127. slopes and 12-20% <br /> slopes, eroded; Kidder loam, 6-127. slopes, eroded and 12-207. <br /> slopes, eroded; McHenry silt loam, 2-67. slopes and 6-127. slopes, <br /> eroded; Plano silt loam, 0-27. slopes and 2-67. slopes; Ringwood <br /> silt loam, 2-6% slopes; Sable silt clay loam, 0-3% slopes; Virgil <br /> silt loam, 1-47. slopes. <br /> It should be noted that there are two areas affecting nearly 15 acres that are <br /> subject to wash-out and need to be kept in tight ground cover 3 of 5 years <br /> in crop rotation. <br /> The property has two seperate wooded areas of six(6) and four(4) acres in <br /> size. The six acre area is on a knoll with slopes that run in excess of 8 percent. <br /> Most of the upper 20% of topsoil has eroded to the Ex-Ag area shown as eleven(11) <br /> acres on the map attached hereto. <br />
