DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6577 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the R-1 Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6577 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 28 and 29, Town of Deerfield <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 29; thence Westerly <br /> along the South line 301 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing West along the <br /> South line of Section 29 to the South quarter corner; thence North along the West line of <br /> the SE 1/4 1331.7 feet to the 1/4 1/4 point; thence N 86° 46' 02" East 2108.38 feet; <br /> thence S 02° 21' 03"West a distance of 568.25 feet to a point; thence N 87° 07' 11" East <br /> a distance of 573.68 feet; thence S 02° 21' 03" West a distance at 460 feet to a point on <br /> the 1/4 1/4 line, thence S 86° 52' 56" West a distance of 1650.8 feet; thence South to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDmONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning, <br /> � rN <br />
