<br /> I, Glen L. Northrop, Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that I have surveyed, and mapped the
<br /> lands described below according to the provision of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and that
<br /> this map and description is a true representation of the field survey made and shows the size and location
<br /> of the property, all visible structures, apparent easements, roadways and visible encroachments as of this
<br /> date. Said lands being described as part of the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 11, T 6 N, R 11 E, Town of
<br /> Pleasant Springs, Dane County, Wisconsin to wit:
<br /> Commencing at the aluminum monument at the SW corner of said Section 11; thence S
<br /> 88 56' 18" E on the south section line, 1354.32' to the west line of Lot 1 of Certified
<br /> Survey Map No. 7528 recorded in Vol. 39 of Certified Survey Maps on pages 82, 83, and
<br /> 84, Document No. 2618701; thence N 00 06' 21" Eon the west line of said Lot 1,
<br /> 1324.00' (recorded as N 00 39' 22" E, 1323.86') to a 3/4" dia. iron rod and being the
<br /> POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence continue N 00 06' 21" E" 1095.50'
<br /> to the southerly right of way line of Interstate Highway 90 (I-90); thence
<br /> SOUTHEASTERLY along said south right of way line, 454.66' on the arc of a 4493.8'
<br /> radius curve to the right having a chord bearing S 76 33' 00" E, 454.47 thence S 60 24'
<br /> 25' E along said right of way line, 349.19' thence S 73 39' 05" E along said right of way
<br /> line, 621.00' thence S 78 51' 42" E along said right of way line, 5.69'to the east line of

<br /> This parcel, as described above from a field survey contains 27.34 acres subject to 49 1/2' private
<br /> right of way agreements along the north side of the above described parcel along and parallel to
<br /> the south right of way line of I-90 as set forth previously in agreements recorded in Vol. 364 of
<br /> Misc., P. 288, Doc. No. 1029183 and in Vol. 364, Misc., P. 291, Doc. No. 1029186.
<br /> Together with an access in common with others to and from Church Street, a Town Road, over
<br /> the following described 49.5' wide right of way strip in the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 11, T 6
<br /> N, R 11 E to wit:
<br /> A strip of land three (3) rods wide commencing at the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of
<br /> he Southeast 1/4 of Section 11, Town 6 North, Range 11 East, at the intersection of said
<br /> line and Church Street; thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly side of the Church
<br /> Street right of way to the intersection of the South right of way line of Interstate Highway
<br /> 90; thence Westerly along the South line of the Interstate Highway 90 right of way to the
<br /> West line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 11.
