• 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6580 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6580 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 11; thence S 88° 56' 18"East on the <br /> South Section line, 1354.32 feet to the West line of Lot#1 of Certified Survey Map#7528 <br /> recorded in Volume 39 of Certified Survey Maps on Pages 82, 83 and 84, thence N 00° <br /> 06' 21" East on the West line of said Lot #1, 1324.00 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue N 00° 06' 21" East 1095.50 feet to the Southerly right-of-way of STH <br /> 90; thence Southeasterly along said South right-of-way line, 454.66' on the arc of a <br /> 4493.8 feet radius curve to the right having a chord bearing S 76° 33' 00" East, 454.47 <br /> feet; thence S 60° 24' 25" East along said right-of-way line, 349.19 feet; thence S 73° 39' <br /> 05" East along said right-of-way line, 621.00 feet; thence S 78° 51' 42" East along said <br /> right-of-way line, 5.69 feet to the East line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S 00° 04' 18" <br /> East along said East line of NE 1/4 SW 1/4, 662.28 feet to the Southeast corner of said <br /> 1/4 1/4; thence N 89° 06' 58" West on the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 1350.14 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the recording of a deed restriction requiring a signed site plan agreement between the Town of <br /> Pleasant Springs and the applicant, the signed site plan agreement shall comply with the Town of Pleasant <br /> Springs Town Land Use Plan specifically as it relates to not allowing non farm residences on soils classified as <br /> prime farm land. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br />
