DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6583 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District's the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6583 Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Black Earth described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 22; thence East 240 feet to centerline of USH 14, S 09° 04' 44"West 356.89 feet; thence S 66° 33' 36"East 34.06 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue S 66° 33' 36"East, 428.78 feet, thence S 61° 05' 16"East 171.59 feet; thence S 67° 18'51"East 173.97 feet; thence S 73° 49' 58" East 657.68 feet; thence S 69° 45' 57" East 466.20 feet; thence S 18° 43' 25" West 280.00 feet; thence N 66° 02' 22"West 465.03 feet; thence N 18° 43' 25"East 183.90 feet; thence N 73° 49' 58"West 662.22 feet; thence N 68° 10' 56"West 217.66 feet; thence N 58° 04' 30"West 136.26 feet; thence N 66° 33' 27"West 408.11 feet; thence N 09° 04' 44"East 68.29 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3Xa) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
