In reviewing the original petition, the Town of Black <br /> Earth Plan Commission requested that the applicant seek a more suitable site for a non-farm <br /> house. <br /> The applicant has submitted a preliminary map for a new site approximately 1/4 mile east of the <br /> one originally proposed. <br /> The lot proposed appears to meet the general criteria; however, the proposed drive is very long <br /> and passes through agricultural land, although it does follow an existing farm drive along the <br /> edge of the wooded hill to the north. <br /> This site is significantly removed from the farm service business and avoids conflict with the <br /> planned expansion area for the business. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
