DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6524 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Vermont <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to <br /> include in the RH-3 Rural District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6524: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 34, Town of <br /> Vermont described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner <br /> of said Section 34; thence N 89° 18 ' 16" East along the North <br /> line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, 1569 .78 feet; thence S 00° 04 ' 11" <br /> East, 945. 00 feet; thence S 89° 18 ' 16" West, 250. 00 feet to the <br /> West line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4, thence S 00° 04 ' 11" East, along <br /> said West line, 359. 65 feet to the point of beginning; thence S <br /> 77° 37 ' 48" East, 1033 . 15 feet to the East line of the SE 1/4 NW <br /> 1/4; thence S 00° 04 ' 11" East, 570. 00 feet to the centerline of <br /> North Road, said point being the point of curvature of a 554. 60 <br /> foot radius centerline curve to the right; thence Northwesterly <br /> 132 . 82 feet along the arc of said centerline curve, making a <br /> central angle of 13° 43 ' 18 ' and a long chord of 132 . 50 feet that <br /> bears N 74° 01 ' 33" West, thence N 67° 09 ' 53" West along said <br /> centerline, 314 . 39 feet; thence N 61° 19 ' 21" West along said <br /> centerline, 241. 58 feet; thence N 66° 22 ' 14" West along said <br /> centerline, 110. 07 feet to the point of curvature of a 920. 26 <br /> feet radius centerline curve to the left; thence Northwesterly <br /> 289. 97 feet along the arc of said centerline curve, making a <br /> central angle of 18° 03 ' 13" and a long chord of 288 . 77 feet that <br /> bears N 75° 23 ' 51" West to the West line of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 ; <br /> thence N 00° 04 ' 11" West along said West line, 400. 00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, . if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void.
