DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6526 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and R-1 Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6526: <br /> TO R-1: Being a part of Lot #3 , CSM #7226, located in the NW <br /> 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot #3, CSM #7226; thence S <br /> 23° 16 ' 58" West, 80.22 feet to a point of curvature; thence <br /> along the arc of said curve to the left with a central angle of <br /> 15° 00 ' 00", a radius of 597.70 feet and a long chord that bears <br /> S 15° 46 ' 58" West, 156. 03 feet; thence N 78° 01' 34" West, <br /> 364.46 feet; thence N 11° 58 ' 26" East, 234. 35 feet to the North <br /> line of said Lot #3 , CSM #7226; thence S 78° 01' 34" East, 390.56 <br /> feet to the point of beginning <br /> TO RH-1: Being a part of Lot #3 , CSM #7226, located in the <br /> NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 3 , CSM #7226, thence S <br /> 78° 01' 34" East along the North line of said Lot #3; 218. 16 <br /> feet; thence S 11° 58 ' 26" West, 234 . 35 feet; thence S 78° 01' <br /> 34" East, 364.46 feet; thence S 08° 16 ' 58" West, 91. 60 feet; <br /> thence S 83° 06 ' 41" West, 492 . 18 feet; thence N 02° 14 ' 03" <br /> West, 500. 19 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void.
