i <br /> Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1313 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Horse boarding and riding stable, horse shows, hay and <br /> sleight rides, sale of pop and candy, horsetraining and related <br /> sales. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 3/26/96 EXPIRATION DATE: See below <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Dunn described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 20; <br /> thence East along the East-West quarter line of said Section 20, <br /> 526 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence <br /> Northerly parallel with the West line of the East 1485 feet of the <br /> NW 1/4 of said Section 20, 261 feet; thence East parallel with the <br /> Esat-West quarter line of said Section 20, 100 feet; thence <br /> Northerly parallel with the West line of the East 1485 feet of the <br /> S 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 20, 1059 feet more or less to <br /> the North line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 20; thence <br /> Easterly along said North line 530 feet more or less to the West <br /> line of the East 1485 feet of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of said Section 20; <br /> thence Southerly along said West line, 1320 feet more or less to <br /> the East-West quarter line of said Section 20; thence West along <br /> said .East-West quarter line 630 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . Limited to one entrance sign to identify the name of the <br /> stable, but no retail advertising on the sign regarding the retail <br /> shop. <br /> 2) . On-site parking shall be provided to assure that there will be <br /> no parking on CTH B. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br />
