This proposed horse boarding stable is an existing farmstead in an <br /> agricultural preservation area in the Town of Dunn. The agricultural impacts should be minimal since <br /> the farmstead exists and riding trails are proposed around the edges of fields. <br /> Since this is a large proposed operation(125 horses, with shows and related sales of tack and <br /> refreshments),there need to be specific conditions which address: <br /> - any additional buildings; <br /> - arena,stands for spectators, etc. <br /> - parking area <br /> - limits on the number and size of events <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH"B"is a controlled access highway.
