Effective December 16, 2015 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10878 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Verona Location: Section 12 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> C-1 to C-2 <br /> A parcel of land being part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE <br /> 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Six (6) North, Range Eight (8) East, <br /> Town of Verona, Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: Commencing at the East quarter <br /> corner of said section 12, thence along the East line of said Section 12, South <br /> 00 36' 27" West, 399.99 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South <br /> 00 36' 27" West, 208.46 feet; thence South 50 34' 47" West, 236.05 feet; thence <br /> North 40 00' 18" West, 160.60 feet; thence North 50 43' 45" East, 371.76 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County <br /> the owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the property to limit the land uses to <br /> all uses listed in the C-1 zoning district, retail and services uses, major repairs <br /> to motor vehicles, parking and storing or motor vehicles, and storage and <br /> processing of scrap materials inside a building. <br /> 2. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the property to prohibit the <br /> construction/erection of off-premise advertising signs (billboards). <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board(s) as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to <br /> record the restriction(s) will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the <br /> recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
