CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF PETITION 1. Recording of a Certified Survey Map with the Register of Deeds Office. 2. A deed restriction shall be recorded on parcel number 0907-202-8000-8 to prohibit residential development on the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture zoned land.
