Section 10.07 R-3 Residence District <br /> Section 10.08 R-4 Residence District <br /> (5) Side Yard Requirements Pil <br /> (o)The minimum width of any side yard shall be ten (10)feet. <br /> (8) Rear Yard Requirements <br /> Pill <br /> (a)The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be thirty-five (35) feet. <br /> 10.07 R-3 RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> (1) Uses Permitted: <br /> (a)All uses permitted in the P.-1 Residence District. <br /> PI <br /> (2) Bidding Height Limit <br /> (a)The height limitation shall be the same as for the 17-1 Residence District. <br /> (3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations <br /> (a) For unplatted loads, where public sewer is not available, the lot area shall he determined <br /> by percolation tests according to formulas of the state board of health, but no such lot or building <br /> PI <br /> site shall have a width of less than sixty (60) feet or an area of less than eight thousand (8,000) <br /> sgaute feet. <br /> (b) For plats, or for unplatted lands where public sewer is available, the minimum lot width <br /> PI <br /> shall be sixty (60) feet and the minimum area shall he eight thousand (8,000)square feet. <br /> (c) No building, together with its accessory buildings, shall occupy in excess of thirty-five <br /> (35) per cent of the area of an interior lot or forty (40) per cent of the area of a corner lot. <br /> PI <br /> (4) Setback Requirements <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the,provisions of <br /> section 10.17. <br /> (5) Side Yard acquirements <br /> ril <br /> (a)The minimum width of any side yard shall he ten (10)feet. <br /> (6) Rear Yard Requirements <br /> (a)The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be twenty-five (25)feet. <br /> U <br /> 10.08 R-4 RESIDENCE DISTRICT 11 <br /> (1) Uses Permitted: <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the 1:-1 Residence District. <br /> (b) Duplexes, multiple family dwellings, apartment houses, , apartment house complexes, <br /> condominium apartments. <br /> I <br /> 76 I <br />
