(a)No new building shall hereafter be erected, <br /> and no existing building shall be added to, structurally altered, moved or changed in use,nor shall any <br /> nonconforming building be repaired or restored, in any district, until a zoning permit has been issued, <br /> except as otherwise provided by law or ordinance." <br /> On December 8, 2015 the Dane County Zoning Division observed the construction of an addition to your <br /> home at 6478 County Highway TT. A search of zoning permit records found no permit for your addition. <br /> This letter serves as notice that your property at 6478 County Highway TT is in violation of the <br /> ordinance. A Dane County zoning permit has not been issued for your addition. <br /> You are hereby instructed to obtain a Dane County zoning permit for the construction of the addition to <br /> your residence within thirty(30) days of the date of this letter. The following pages are enclosed for your <br /> convenience: <br /> 1. A permit application; <br /> 2. A permit information; <br /> 3. An Access Dane property record, 070/0912-331-9200-1, Lot 1, Certified Survey Map#3583; <br /> 4. A SITE PLAN; <br /> 5. A Public Health, Madison&Dane County, BUILDING PERMIT REVIEW PROCESS; <br /> 6.
