ITEM. #14 . <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6534 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Blue Mounds <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6534: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 18, Town of Blue Mounds described <br /> as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 18, <br /> thence South along the East line of said Section 18, 517 feet; <br /> thence West, 711 feet; thence North, 385 feet; thence West, 617 <br /> feet to the centerline of CTH (F) ; thence North along said <br /> centerline, 132 feet to the North line of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; <br /> thence East along said North line, 1295 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Also, part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 18 and the <br /> SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 17, Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 18; thence <br /> West along the East-West quarter Section line of said Section 18, <br /> 220 feet; thence North, 280 feet; thence East, 1270 feet; thence S <br /> 63° East, 617 . 17 feet to the East-West quarter Section line of said <br /> Section 17; thence West along said East-West quarter Section line, <br /> 1600 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions.' <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County rezone to Deeds. <br /> void. That a signed site plan agreement between the Town of Blue <br /> Mounds and the owner be recorded. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
