ITEM. #16. <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6536 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Bristol <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to <br /> include in the A-1 Agriculture and C-i Commercial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6536: <br /> TO C-1: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of <br /> Bristol, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner <br /> of said Section 8; thence along the North line of the said NE 1/4 <br /> NE 1/4 S 89° 41' 16" West, 927.31 feet; thence S 00° 07 ' 05" East, <br /> 33 .00 feet to the South right-of-way line of CTH V and the point of <br /> beginning. Thence continuing S 00° 07 ' 05" East, 280.00 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 41' 16" West, 190.00 feet; thence N 00° 07 ' 05" West, <br /> 280.00 to the South right-of-way line of said CTH N; thence along <br /> the said South right-of-way line N 89° 41' 16" East, 190.00 feet <br /> and the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-1: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of <br /> Bristol, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner <br /> of said Section 8; thence along the North line of the said NE 1/4 <br /> NE 1/4 S89° 41' 16" West, 927.31 feet; thence S 00° 07 ' 05" East, <br /> 313 .00 feet; thence S 89° 41' 16" West 190.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing S 89° 41' 16" West, 60.00 feet; thence <br /> S 00° 07 ' 05" East, 720. 00 feet; thence N 89° 41' 16" East, 60.00 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 07 ' 05" West, 720.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. No more than 24 parking stalls shall be established. <br /> 2. No outside storage of junk or abandon vehicles. <br /> 3. Overnight parking for vehicles used during normal business <br /> activity. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
