ITEM. #17. <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6537 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cottage Grove <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6537: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 2, Town of Cottage Grove <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of <br /> said Section 2; thence N 89° 41' East along the South line of the <br /> SW 1/4 NW 1/4, 439 feet to the centerline of Baxter Road; thence N <br /> 13° 52 ' East, along said centerline, 247 feet; thence N 16° 32 ' <br /> East along said centerline, 45 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue N 16° 32 ' East along said centerline, 255 feet; <br /> thence S 82° East, 380 feet; thence S 01° West, 250 feet; thence N <br /> 83° West, 450 feet to the point of beginning. Also, part of the SW <br /> 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 <br /> of said Section 2; thence N 89° 43 ' 16" East along the North line <br /> of said 1/4 1/4, 824. 06 feet to its intersection with the <br /> centerline of Baxter Road; thence S 16° 31' 49" West along said <br /> centerline, 242.50 feet to the centerline of Koshkonong Creek and <br /> the point of beginning; thence continue S 16° 31' 49" West along <br /> said road centerline, 235.85 feet; thence N 68° 39 ' 18" West, <br /> 415.00 feet; thence N 13° 22 ' 04" East, 238. 64 feet; thence N 89° <br /> 43 ' 16" East, 270 feet more or less to the centerline of Koshkonong <br /> Creek; thence Southeasterly along said creek centerline, 230 feet <br /> more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map .will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void.
