. <br /> •April 2, 1996 <br /> To: Dane County Zoning <br /> RE: Petition#6550 <br /> Re-zone 2 lots on Bannon Road in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> Dear Sir, <br /> Petition#6550 regards the re-zoning of two parcels on the Willard Holzhueter farm. <br /> Holzhueter is selling to Doshorst. Dorshorst is selling the buildings,pursuant to a farm <br /> consolidation. Also,he is forming a wooded hillside lot. <br /> The petition went through the March 12, 1996 Dane County public hearing with no <br /> opposition. However, due to the posting of notice requirments, the Deerfield Planning <br /> Commision was not able to hold it's meeting until 1 April 1996. At that meeting the request was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> The Town meeting is on 8 April 1996. All three Town Board members also vote on the <br /> Town Planning Commision, so we are extremely confident the Town will approve. They will <br /> also produce the written report right away,which I will hand deliver. <br /> Accordingly, we feel it appropriate to ask to be placed on the agenda for your Zoning <br /> Commitee meeting on 9 April 1996.
