The following Deed Restrictions are to be recorded with the parcel: <br /> a. Parcel shall only be used by the Village of DeForest for a storm water <br /> management basin and the maintenance thereof along with operation and <br /> maintenance of a water well and minor facilities which are accessory and <br /> appurtenant to the operation and function of the basin. <br /> b. Parcel shall not be used for or include the following uses and activities: <br /> Boat landings; sale of bait; boat and motor rental; sale of gasoline; refreshment <br /> facilities or pavilions; hydro-electric power stations; residential uses; <br /> recreational uses including but not limited to boating, swimming, skating and <br /> camping. <br /> c.
