This proposed convenience store/gas station/drive-in establishment is in the <br /> Windsor urban service area, where urban services are available. However, this area is designated for <br /> urban residential use,not commercial. The Town of Windsor plan makes provision for neighborhood <br /> commercial uses,but not at this site. <br /> This petition appears to conflict with adopted town/county plan policy. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH"CV"is a controlled access highway. Controlled Access Permit No. 89-1 granted a joint private <br /> entrance to access these two parcels. A change of use will be required along with highway approval of <br /> geometric standards for this access. No additional access points would be available. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
