Both the proposed rezoning from R- <br /> 3A to C-1 and the approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-in establishment are <br /> necessary to allow the construction of this commercial structure. <br /> The tax parcel numbers of the above referenced property are#3409102938700-5. <br /> and#3409102938720-1 of Certified Survey Map 5779. This proposed commercial <br /> development will begin in the spring or summer of 1996 and will take approximately four <br /> months to complete.
