• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6561 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the CO-1 Conservancy and <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District's the following described land: <br /> • PETITION NUMBER: 6561 <br /> TO RH-2: Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Mazomanie lying South <br /> of the STH 78 right-of-way described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner <br /> of said Section 25, thence N 89° 43' 51" East, 1332.28 feet, thence S 00° 23' 51" East, <br /> 49.25 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 00° 23' 51' along the East line of the NW <br /> 1/4 of said Section 25, 610.49 feet; thence S 89° 58' 38" West, 379.49 feet; thence N 00° <br /> 23' 51" West, 555.70 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of STH 78, thence along a <br /> curve to the left having a radius of 1221.88 feet, and a long chord bearing N 83° 10' 15" <br /> East measuring 308.58 to the point of tangency, thence continuing along the Southerly <br /> right-of-way of said STH 78, N 75° 55' 00" East, 74.98 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO CO-1: Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Mazomanie described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, thence Westerly <br /> approximately 788 feet, thence N 00° 31' 41" East, 1167.25 feet, thence Easterly along <br /> the highway right-of-way approximately 300 feet, thence S 00° 23' 51" West 555.70 feet, <br /> thence N 89° 58' 38" East, 379.49 feet, thence Southerly approximately 700 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERI lF TED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIV \t-k 13\. P <br />
