Also, the petitioner failed to conclusively <br /> demonstrate that they could provide adequate protection of these resources and prevent <br /> contamination of the Windsor Sanitary District Well which is located 1,000 feet east of the <br /> property. <br /> It should be noted that at the Windsor Plan Commission, the petitioner represented that they <br /> would be withdrawing these petitions, but no formal written request to such effect was <br /> delivered. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Jim Bricker, Business Manager <br /> Town of Windsor <br /> JB:jas <br />
