DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6562 • • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Albion. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 6562/1326 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Albion, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the W 1/4 corner of said Section 27, said point being S 00° 19' 40" West, <br /> 2,636.48 feet from the Northwest corner of said Section 27; thence S 89° 33' 00"East <br /> along the true East-West quarter line of said Section 27, 733.37 feet to the old centerline <br /> of the Edgerton Road; thence S 14° 35' 00" East, 158.01 feet to the point of beginning <br /> of this description; thence N 85° 32' East along the occupation fence line 528.14 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 14' West along the fence line 166.10 feet; thence S 86° 32' West parallell to <br /> the first mentioned fence line 523.10 feet to the old centerline of the Edgerton Road; <br /> thence N 01° 30' 20" West along said centerline 165.85 feet to the point of beginning of <br /> this description.
