Bartlet Lands in Sections 13,23, and 24, TO5N-R1OE <br /> The owner hereby requests that the lands described in this rezoning petition be <br /> rezoned from A-1 Agricultural District (Exclusive) to Re-1 Recreational for the purpose <br /> of constructing a public eighteen hole golf course. The owner states that the production <br /> of agricultural cash crops on this property for years has been dependent on the amount <br /> of water flooding the low areas. This year part of the harvest was left in the field and is <br /> not recoverable. The owner would start construction of the project as soon as the <br /> necessary permits could be obtained from the Corps of Engineers, Department of Army, <br /> the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Dane County hopefully in 1996.
