• DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6568 Amending Section 10.03 relating to'Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the B-1 Local Business and RE-1 Recreational and Non-Wetlands District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6568 Part of Sections 13, 23 and 24, Town of Rutland described as follows: TO RE-1: - (Out of Wetland) All of the S 1/2 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 13, and part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 23, and part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, all of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4, all of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4, part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4, part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4, and part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Rutland described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 24; thence South 700.00 feet along the West line of said Section 24 to the point of beginning.
