Hensen farm consists of 201.4 acres in Sections 20 and 29 in the Township <br /> of Medina, Dane County, WI. On the farm, there is a single-family residence and some <br /> outbuildings. The house is in need of repair and remodeling and the most notable building is a <br /> 60X40 pole shed. Mr. Hensen has rented out the farm land for the past several years, and now is <br /> no longer living in the residence. <br /> Steve and Judy Dorhorst have a farm south of the Hensen Farm. They have an accepted <br /> Offer-To-Purchase on Mr. Hensen's property. As their intent is to work the land, they wish to <br /> sell-off the set of excess buildings. Their Offer gives express permission to Steve Dorhorst <br /> and/or David R. Dinkel, Property Shop, Realtors, to act as Hensen's authorized agent in <br /> requesting a zoning change to RH-2 for the 5 acres, more or less, surrounding the homestead. <br /> The configuration of the property was arrived at with regard to Steve's crop plan and with <br /> the future owner's anticipated needs.
