DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6572 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the R-3 Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6572 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Windsor being part of Lot #1, of CSM <br /> #4689 described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 30; <br /> thence South 1817.60 feet; thence N 89° 32' 00" West 128.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Thence S 52° 52' 25" West 57.11 feet; thence North 34.83 feet; thence S 89° <br /> 32' 00" East 45.54 feet to the point of beginning. Also, commencing at the East quarter <br /> corner of said Section 30; thence South 1772.60 feet to the point of beginning. Thence <br /> continue South 45 feet; thence N 89° 32' 00" West 109.54 feet; thence North 45.00 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 32' 00" East 109.54 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds.
