One item on the agenda for that meeting was a public hearing and a Board recommendation on Zoning petition No. 6574 for Don Anderson and Beatrice Kalschure of property in section# 32 of the Town of Vienna.. The Board received a report and recommendation of approval from the Town Plan Committee with conditions attached to the LC-1 zoning portion of the request. No person appeared at the hearing in opposition to the request. The Board reviewed the Plan Committee recommendation for granting a variance of the Town Plan to support the request and the reasons stated which would support such a variance request prior to a vote being taken. After discussion the Board voted to recommend approval of the petition to Dane County with the conditions of the Plan Committee to be attached upon approval. With this letter I have enclosed a copy of the conditions the Town would like attached to that request on County Approval, if granted. The Town asks that their recommendation be given to the Committee for their review and final action at their earliest possible meeting. Please notify the Town of the date this will be offered for action so that the Town may have a representative present to answer further questions... if offered . Thank you.
