i t A <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6574 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vienna. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vienna be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and LC-1 <br /> Limited Commercial and R-1 Residential District's the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6574 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 32, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 32; thence West <br /> 1131.25 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue Weset 134.40 feet; thence N 00° <br /> 07' 54" West, 309.84 feet; thence East 158.18 feet; thence S 04° 15' 30" West, 310.70 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> TO A-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 32; thence N 00° <br /> 18' 20" East, 1118.15 feet to the point of beginning; thence West, 1340.18 feet; thence S <br /> 00° 07' 54" East, 1118.14 feet; thence East 66.00 feet; thence N 00° 07' 54" West, <br /> 484.74 feet; thence N 63° 32' 31" East, 59.84 feet; thence North 88.60 feet; thence East <br /> 178.03 feet; thence N 63° 32' 31"East, 1162.93 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO LC-1: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map <br /> \`. #4230; thence West 272.00 feet ; thence South 200 feet; thence East 272.00 feet; thence <br /> Pc North 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> The following deed restrictions shall be applied to the LC-1 rezone area: <br /> 1.No additional building will be allowed on the area zoned or used under the LC-1 uses on the property. <br /> 2.No direct sales to be allowed on the property or public display allowed for such related material as landscaping <br /> supplies,rocks,sand,timber,etc. <br /> 3. No advertising signs allowed on the property or in the general area( 1 mile which direct the public to this <br /> limited business area). <br /> 4.No on site construction or fabrication/assembly would be allowed it did not require welding ect for a major <br /> portion of the assembly. <br /> 5.No construction equipment allowed or stored on the site which is not owned or leased by the owner. <br />
