i t A DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6574 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vienna. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vienna be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and LC-1 Limited Commercial and R-1 Residential District's the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6574 Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 32, Town of Vienna described as follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 32; thence West 1131.25 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue Weset 134.40 feet; thence N 00° 07' 54" West, 309.84 feet; thence East 158.18 feet; thence S 04° 15' 30" West, 310.70 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. TO A-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 32; thence N 00° 18' 20" East, 1118.15 feet to the point of beginning; thence West, 1340.18 feet; thence S 00° 07' 54" East, 1118.14 feet; thence East 66.00 feet; thence N 00° 07' 54" West, 484.74 feet; thence N 63° 32' 31" East, 59.84 feet; thence North 88.60 feet; thence East 178.03 feet; thence N 63° 32' 31"East, 1162.93 feet to the point of beginning. TO LC-1: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map \`. #4230; thence West 272.00 feet ; thence South 200 feet; thence East 272.00 feet; thence Pc North 200 feet to the point of beginning. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: The following deed restrictions shall be applied to the LC-1 rezone area: 1.No additional building will be allowed on the area zoned or used under the LC-1 uses on the property. 2.No direct sales to be allowed on the property or public display allowed for such related material as landscaping supplies,rocks,sand,timber,etc. 3. No advertising signs allowed on the property or in the general area( 1 mile which direct the public to this limited business area). 4.No on site construction or fabrication/assembly would be allowed it did not require welding ect for a major portion of the assembly. 5.No construction equipment allowed or stored on the site which is not owned or leased by the owner.
