This proposed recreation vehicle sales and service business appears to conflict with <br /> policies in this Rural Non-farm area of the Town of Albion. <br /> The relevant policy for this area is: <br /> "Allow low density residential development, including rural residences, resource <br /> extraction, equipment storage and farm sales." <br /> Recreation vehicle sales and service is not equipment storage nor are they farm related. <br /> There is a planned highway interchange commercial area to the west of Goede Road and across the <br /> interstate to the east. However,it would take an amendment to the plan map to make this proposed use <br /> consistent with plans. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
