This should have <br /> been on file with Dane County Zoning. However, past experiences have shown <br /> that some of the county files have not been kept up to date. <br /> This property is poor ag land, located in the Albion Development District <br /> and next to the Interchange area as shown on our land use map, providing you <br /> were looking at the correct map. However, again, the RPC land use map, which <br /> the town just purchased in the amount of $46.00, is not current either. It is <br /> 6 years outdated. <br /> This property is located one block from the Edgerton Oasis and next to other <br /> businesses. This is being restricted to outdoor RV sales only. Because of its <br /> location next to the interstate, this is considered a transitional area that <br /> will be developed in the future. <br /> The town has lost 100 acres to the City of Edgerton and we have been informed <br /> we are about to lose another 100 acres to the City along with most of our commercial, <br /> due to previous actions by the Dane County Board and vetoes by the County Executive. <br /> This should answer any questions regarding A-1 Excl. in this area. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Clif ord Townsend <br /> Chairman <br /> cc: Jonath Becker <br /> Ron Williams <br /> Tom Smiley <br /> Rick Phelps <br />
