ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3755 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BRISTOL <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> PET. #3755/520: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 14 & N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 23, Town of <br /> Bristol described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said <br /> Section 14; thence N 89° 32' 50" E along the South line' of said Section 14, <br /> 716.47 feet to the centerline of Elder Lane and the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing along said South line N 89° 32' 50" E, 599.86 feet; thence N 00° <br /> 36' 40" W, 308.23 feet to the centerline of said Elder Lane; thence N 68° 23 ' <br /> 57" E along said centerline, 535.74 feet to the Northwesterly right of way of <br /> said USH 151; thence S 21° 36' 03" E along said right of way, 43.00 feet; <br /> thence N 68° 23' 57" E, along said right of way, 343.84 feet; thence S 39° 57' <br /> 28" E along said right-of-way, 107.38 feet to a point of curvature, thence <br /> along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 12,517.67 feet and a <br /> long chord bearing S 33° 15' 36" W, 1,383.26 feet to a point of tangency; <br /> thence S 36° 07' 23" W along said right-of-way, 815.92 feet; thence S 88° 54 ' <br /> 42" W, 983.28 feet; thence N 00° 16' 26" E, 729.64 feet to the centerline of <br /> Elder Lane; thence along said centerline N 46° 16' 25" #, 213.53 feet to a <br /> point of curvature; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of <br /> 3,982.85 feet and a long chord bearing N 51° 57' 32" E, 718.40 feet to the <br /> point of beginning.
