This property lies within the extended <br /> flight path of a proposed new runway. The parcel is also identified for airport land <br /> acquisition or avigation easement. Although we are not at a point to officially acquire <br /> this parcel, we request that any rezoning be conditioned on execution of an avigation <br /> easement to the benefit of Dane County with applicable height restrictions and noise <br /> disclosure over the property. <br /> By copy of this letter, I will notify the property owner of our intentions to require an <br /> avigation easement as a condition for rezoning.
