The petition number is 6576.
Both the Planning Commission and the Town Board have approved this petition. He
currently has adjoining property that was rezoned several years ago to accommodate
his commercial needs.
The addendum to the 1994 Land Use Plan, in which changes dictated by the RPC
have been made, has not yet been formally approved by that Committee. The
changes were made at the direction of the Regional Planning Committee, which shows
this area as light commercial.
We respectfully request that the Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources
Committee approve this petition. Please contact me If there is any further Information
you need.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter. .
Sincerely,
David Wlganowsky
Chair, Town of Burke
John Walters
Chair, Planning Commission
•
